In the summer of 2025, 85 local elementary, middle and high schoolers at Girls Garage—and in collaboration with Girls in Engineering at UC Berkeley—worked diligently on our first-ever play structure: a whale-themed climbing structure for Adventure Playground in the Berkeley Marina.
