In 2023, the Miranda Lux Foundation awarded Girls Garage $25,000 to support our Advanced Design/Build and Construction + Community programs. By underwriting these programs, the Miranda Lux Foundation helps our students develop advanced expertise, deepen engagement, and invest in career readiness.

The Miranda Lux Foundation serves awards to trades organizations who are serving youth under the age of 18 in the San Francisco Bay Area. Named after Miranda W. Lux, the foundation continues Mrs. Lux’s legacy of supporting institutions that prepare young people through teaching technical and vocational skills.
