Welded Fearless Sign

Towards the end of our Summer 2014 session, some of our advanced welder girls wanted to take on a project they designed and built themselves, from scratch. Using scrap flat-stock metal from the rest of our week’s activities, a group of girls got together and constructed letters to spell out “Fearless,” then mounted it on a long length of 4″ wide steel. This sign has graced our classroom for the past two years, as a reminder of one of our core values: Fear Less. Build More.
